The hardest goal of any company is to change the culture. People don't like change. Change brings fear. Changes make bring loss. Change may also add new.

A caterpillar must go through a series of changes before it becomes a butterfly. If it does not change, it will not fly.

Change is not bad. In fact, some change is necessary to give new life and new energy to your company. There are three stages to effective company change; 1) acknowledging that change is needed for growth, profitability and stability, 2) identifying critical areas of change in branding, operation and support services, 3) implementing change strategies with goals to monitor effectiveness.
